Meeting called to order at 7:15 p.m.

Computer Match

Andy - I have been unable to find out how the optical scan works so I have been unable to do anything.  Larry suggests I contact Kathy Lowles.

Keys

John asks him now has office keys?  Mike W., Bob, John and can add them.  Jim gave his to date.  One key was not returned to Larry will talk to Peter to see if he has it.

Las Vegas Night

Movie

John suggests possibilities of double feature.  It is decided that it is not practical because it will be garbled and it will be too long.  We decided to show dirty Harry as originally planned.  The campus center has already been reserved.

New Treasurer

The offices is vacant because Tim is no longer enrolled at the University.  The bylaws on due notice of elections are waived by unanimous consent of the brothers.  Nick is nominated by John.  He accepts.  Elected by a vote of confidence from secretary (Andy) and is installed by Professor Sternheim.  John volunteers to give up signature power some Nick can get it.

Book Exchange

Mike asks that the brothers help Gamma Sigma Sigma as much as possible.  There is a general agreement.

New Business

Mike W. explains our need for exposure.  It is suggested that the "Pickle Project" and he has a pickle outfit.  Michael suggests we build up a large campaign familiar to the quote Josh campaign".  The climax will be an appearance by the pickle and we have balloons and pamphlets explaining what we do.  The point is brought up that we should do something more to associate this product when our image.  And he suggests that we sell the balloons for quarter and donate them to charity.  Discussions tabled.

Rush

See membership VP report.  Dave will see if we can hang out and are by the mini store.  He suggests we start a cop world by Collect to dollar dues.  Motion by Dave to start fund in charge membership dues.  Seconded by next -- unanimous vote

Money

They said Dave said that Jim Pasini and Dick Hyman were given $40 to have a cup engraved and it was not done.  We should contact them and Oscar for the refund of the money.

Variety show

Mike brings up the possibility of the campus variety show for charity.  He says that the university committee on alcohol abuse will give us funding for nonalcoholic related events.  Possible sites be ...garbled... Hampton theater or outdoors.

Op ID

Larry Holmes explains operation identification.  He says the main purpose is to make valuables less attractive to steal by engraving it with identifying marks.  he said that larceny on an around campus has decreased since the program started. It presented us with Alpha Phi Omega T-shirts.  This was followed by discussion of the possible incentives a lot of golf shirts and blazers.
